With extensive experience spanning commercial and residential projects, Matthew is ideally equipped to lead teams, oversee intricate commercial builds, and uphold the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance throughout every phase.

Darin Beveridge

Site Manager / Lead Carpenter

Darin has been building alongside Matthew since the early 2000s, and two decades on the tools have made him one of the most experienced hands on the team. He’s worked every corner of the trade, from residential renovations to large commercial projects, and it shows in the quality and care he brings to each build.

Reliable and meticulous, Darin holds himself to a high standard and won’t sign off on a job until it’s finished the way it should be. Beyond the craftsmanship he’s simply good to have around — relaxed, approachable, and always looking out for the people on site, which is why clients and subcontractors alike are glad to have him on a project.

Eiran Tobin

Lead Carpenter / Site Manager

A Lead Carpenter and Site Manager who has worked with Matthew for years, Eiran has built up broad experience across Wellington renovations and new builds. He has a clear grasp of what each job needs to come together properly, and he’s the person who holds the day-to-day running of a site together.

From scheduling trades to keeping the programme on track, Eiran makes sure work is carried out safely and to a standard the whole team can stand behind. The carpentry crews take their lead from him, and he sets that lead through hard graft and a genuine care for the people around him — the kind of site manager who keeps a job moving and the team happy to be there.

Tito Abejon

Lead Carpenter

Tito is a highly skilled builder with a long record of quality work behind him. He combines genuine craftsmanship with the confidence to lead, and he never lets the standard slip — whatever the weather or the pressures of the day, he gets stuck in with the same can-do attitude and sees every job through properly.

When things don’t go to plan on site, his calm, practical thinking keeps everyone moving. As a trusted team leader he runs crews and organises the day’s work with ease, keeping projects on time and on point without ever trading quality for speed.

Glen Oaksey

Project Co-ordinator

Glen brings over ten years of project co-ordination to the team, along with a strong background in administration, programming and delivery. He’s the one making sure the moving parts of a job line up — from the first plans through to completion — with the tight organisation and clear communication that keep everyone on the same page.

Technically capable and big on the detail, he supports clients and site teams in equal measure and takes pride in staying a step ahead of deadlines. Glen has a real talent for turning a complicated job into a manageable one, always focused on the next solution. Easy to deal with and fully committed to the outcome, he’s a genuine asset to every project.

Dan Whiting

Project Co-ordinator

Dan’s background is in hospitality and commercial bar fit-outs, work he’s delivered on both sides of the Tasman across New Zealand and Australia. That experience in high-tempo commercial environments has given him a sharp eye for keeping complicated projects coordinated while protecting both quality and the client’s experience.

He teams up closely with clients, suppliers and the crew on site to keep things efficient and finishing to a high standard, and he’s always ready to put in the extra effort where it counts. Approachable and dependable, Dan’s steady commitment and positive outlook make him a valued part of every job he works on.

Jamie Docherty

Administration / Programming

Jamie looks after the technical side of the business and is the first person the team turns to for anything IT. With a foundation in administration and programming, he handles everything from putting together construction programmes to keeping the crew’s everyday systems and technology running without a hitch.

He’s at his best solving knotty problems and smoothing out the processes behind them, which keeps projects tidy and on track. Whether he’s sharpening a workflow, maintaining the systems everyone depends on, or helping a colleague out, Jamie always finds a practical answer — and his curiosity, technical know-how and readiness to lend a hand make him someone the team would struggle to replace.
